[erlang-questions] cean site quite slow, why?

In these days, I found install modules from cean quite slow, some
modules large than 100k, will be request timeout:

Install "asn1"
error: req_timedout
Install "btt"
error: req_timedout
Install "cosNotification"
error: req_timedout
error: req_timedout
Install "dialyzer"
...

Any way, cean site seems not updated for a long time, does anyone know
the progress about it's development ?
