[erlang-questions] cean installation trouble

To avoid compilation I installed the latest Erlang release from CEAN. That
worked fine, but compared to traditional installation, where binaries such
as erl, erlc, etc. go into /usr/local/bin, with cean everything remains
inside the cean installation directory.

Did I miss a step or how do others deal with this ?
