[erlang-questions] Time manipulation.

Hi List,

I would like to perform some operations that require manipulation of time
(as represented in erlang:now()). I need to add/substract
seconds/microseconds etc. Are there any standard library functions that do
this?
Also, how can one translate Erlang time to a system (Unix) date, and
vice-versa?
