Mac Intel

Folks,

I noticed that R11B0 compiles from source on Mac Intel although  
dyalizer complains a lot at the end. It does not build from  
DarwinPorts, though, and fails at the configuration stage.

I also noticed that the resulting erl does not have HiPE support. Is  
this in the pipeline? Is it hard to add/enable? I assume there should  
be no trouble as this is Intel after all.
