Hi,

May I ask why it is necessary to build executables? On any platform.

Maybe I am missing the obvious, but wouldn't it be good enough to just be 
able to have the libraries packed in a more convenient way (i.e. as ear 
files)? I can't see any win in having them inside a DLL or EXE...
