EDoc beta release

Finally ready for eager beta testers out there: EDoc 0.4!

	http://user.it.uu.se/~richardc/edoc

Needs at least OTP R8B. Requires the new beta version of the syntax
tools, as well as xmerl 0.19 (all found in the same directory above).

Documentation is incomplete (grep for options - fun for all the family!)

Have fun and send me your bug reports!
