Minor compatibility patches for R9B-0?

Hi,
attached are two patches:
patch01) A P9 version of a previous patch for R8B-2 to fix
erl_marshal.c
patch02) Minimal patch to get rid of warning for hipe_x86_signal.c
under Linux (at least).
Apply with patch -p1 in $ERL_TOP
