time for a truly threaded Erlang?

Apparently, they've been able to start and stop 100,000
POSIX threads within 2 secs on a Dual P4 with 1 GB RAM.

Let's make sure the Erlang BIFs are all reentrant before
this package reaches 1.0.  (:
