[erlang-patches] SNMP: bugfix to vacmAccessTable

Dear all,

there's a typo in lib/snmp/src/agent/snmp_view_based_acm_mib.erl that
prevents table row deletions from working as expected.

The patch appended to this e-mail solves the issue.
