[erlang-patches] Fix some crashes within debugger handling breaks

Thanks for the patch.

But I've already made the patch which is in testing in our internal
nightly builds.
Sorry about that extra work for you, it is my fault I have not taken
the time to merge
that into maint/master branch.

My patch also includes a testcase which provokes the issue.
Please in future provide tests for the bugs or features supplied.

PS: It always better to use =:= instead of == when not comparing numbers.
