[erlang-patches] proplists: Correct some specs

This seems to me to be very wrong.  I would have guessed that there 
would be by now some automatic way of creating these files from the edoc 
comments in the source file instead of cutting and pasting these 
comments by hand...

Anyway, I think I've updated the branch appropriately now. Please refetch:
