Corrections to gen_stream commit

I left out one data file used in the test suite: lib/stdlib/test/ 
gen_stream_SUITE_data/alpha.txt and I had some commented out code  
still in gen_stream_SUITE.erl.  Both changes have been committed and  
pushed up.
