[erlang-patches] Adjustable permissions for pipes created by run_erl

Hello,

Recently I had the need to adjust the permissions on the pipes that are
created by run_erl. I've attached the patch that I created for this
purpose if anyone is interested. The configuration is very similar to
how you set up the pipe directory and how you set up logging for
run_erl. Currently tested under Linux.
