[erlang-bugs] ct should depend on sasl

Hi Michal, again - sorry for the late reply!

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I can see there is no real
need for sasl to be started in order for common_test to run. In
cth_log_redirect, there is specific code handling the case when sasl is not
started. Could you please exemplify when a stated dependency towards sasl
is a problem in common_test?
