[erlang-bugs] undef in docbuilder

Hi,

I will look at this since I am doing a lot of other changes in
docbuilder right now.
The module docb_tr_fascicules2html is not present in our sources
either but still
it works perfectly well to build all our docs to html.
I think the reason is that we don't use the fascicules dtd for the
html generation.
