[erlang-bugs] undef in docbuilder

I started playing with docbuilder, and encountered the
following error:

** exception error: undefined function docb_tr_fascicules2html:extension/0
      in function  docb_main:finish_transform/4
      in call from lists:foreach/2
      in call from docb_transform:file/2

Indeed, the module docb_tr_fascicules2html.erl does
not seem to exist in the source tree.

At least this is true for the R12B for Windows package.
