JIT on Macos Catalina 10.15.4

Hello,

We run Catalina in our daily tests that use Apple clang version 11.0.3
(clang-1103.0.32.29) and the JIT is enabled there so it should work. Could
there be a CXXFLAGS or CFLAGS variable that interferes with the build?
