Erlang performance in a container?

Hi,

Does Erlang has the same performance inside a container?
Do I need to change some settings?
My main use case is sending and receiving many UDP packets and doing AES
encryption.
I'm currently using a VM and wonder if I should expect the same performance
on Kubernetes.
