EOL plans for major versions

Hi!

I'm currently updating the Homebrew formulas for OTP 20 through 23, and
I noticed https://bugs.erlang.org/browse/ERL-1205, wherein it was noted
that OTP 21 has never worked in Catalina, and therefore was not patched
alongside OTP 22 and 23.

Is there an official decision as to when to stop supporting OTP 20 and
21? I'm aiming to get some idea when those two versions can be
deprecated on Homebrew.
