[erlang-questions] Release Notes Github

Is there any possibility to include the link to the corresponding README on
erlang.org whenever a new version is released? Every time I update erlang I
have to hunt this page down to see what new features or changes have been
made. Most projects nowadays include either a changelog or include the
information in the releases panel in github. The notes are usually
excellent, just extremely difficult to find.
