[erlang-questions] [ANN] otters: a community focused cleanup of the otter open tracing lib

Because many otters build a damn a lot faster then a singe otter alone! 

The fork merges all (I hope I’ve not forgotten anything?) the community contributes, cleans up the API, dialyse, adds docs and is published as a hex package.
