[erlang-questions] erlang and dtls (in webrtc)

Hi!

A lot of the changes are already in maint. Forinstance  I refactored
connection  states to be maps to allow diffrent "fields" for TLS and DTLS.
I am in the middle of implementing retransmissions and I will share when
the code is a bit less "in between".
