[erlang-questions] Is there anyway to join the OTP team?

Sorry for such a question. But I love erlang so much and I'm just wondering is there anyway to join the OTP team? I mean, how does the team choose the programmer, and how does it orgnize？Is there any other people who are not a member of OTP team maintainances Erlang/OTP project too?
