[erlang-questions] Decode ASN.1 values to Map

Hello, Abimbola.

'fraid not. I wrote something to do that for S1AP protocol and I wasn't very convinced with the result. Would have welcomed something premade as well.

The mix of tuples and records asn1ct produces lacks a bit in usability (in my opinion and for my specific needs, of course) but it seems to be the best we have. It gets the job done too.
