I found this: http://bugs.erlang.org/browse/ERL-41

"The name "Erlang" is a trademark of Ericsson while the logos have not
yet been registered. It is okay for you to use the name Erlang and the
unaltered Erlang logo in your presentation as long as it is a
nominative use, i.e. the user does nothing to suggest sponsorship or
endorsement by the trademark holder."
