Atlasssian offers free hosted versions of Jira to Open Source projects, so yes they do offer a emergency number on the back of the bag ;) - only downside is no custom domains (either for OSS or non OSS hosted Jira). Then again it works really well :) have been using it for FiFo for quite a while.
