Neither of us is a heavy windows user, but I'm guessing that if 
something like Windows 7 gets to work, then the latter versions should 
be fine too?

But any Windows to get it to work would be nice at first as it would 
probably filter out a lot of the weirdness we have that makes it not 
work at all right now.
