[erlang-questions] information on actor-based algorithms?

Googling around, I've found very little information on actor-based
algorithms (ie, algorithms which rely on the actor model).  If you
can suggest any relevant resources or keywords to try, please do!

I'm particularly interested in using actors to play with property
graphs (ala Neo4j and TinkerPop), doing spreading activation, force-
directed layout calculations, etc.
