[erlang-questions] how to unsubscribe inactive user?

Is it possible to exclude user ygzjcc@REDACTED from mailing list?
This is really annoying to receive spam from him.

I think this user is not active anymore, here is english translation of his auto-respond message?

You sent (ygzjcc@REDACTED) messages are not delivered successfully, because the other mailbox is full. Original letter in the Annex.
