[erlang-questions] Erlang package managers?

Which package manager are we supposed to use to install Erlang packages?
CEAN <http://cean.process-one.net/> looks good, as well as
EXPM<http://expm.co/>,
but they don't come with Erlang/OTP by default, and I can't seem to find a
package manager repo with a working version of QuickCheck.
