[erlang-questions] R16B01 Release Candidate 1 on Github

Hi,

Things are dropping in place and getting stable so we have pushed a 
R16B01 release candidate to GitHub.

Some minor things are still not ready yet, but we are getting there.

Take it for a spin and see if we have missed something critical.
