[erlang-questions] Any examples of use of Erlang in systems where safety is key requirement

Hello list,
Standards such as DO-178C (for level A,B,C) would preclude the use of
Erlang. Are there any examples of use of Erlang in such environments even
in cases where the software is not safety critical (but might be
categorized as supporting safety critical systems - say in an advisory type
system).
