[erlang-questions] Building erlang tests

I had a similar issue while developing the patch that seems to cause the 
crash (it's in sa/dialyzer-tests). Once or twice I got the same error 
messages which went away as soon as I cleared the old dialyzer_tests 
directory in the test release and re-run ./otp-build tests <dir>.

I am positive that make release_tests will work too when you clear the 
contents of the old directory.
