How do you do TDD in vim?

Hi all

I am a Vim user that is looking for ways to improve my work flow. I am
working hard to adopt TDD but have not been able to find too much good
information for a good Vim setup to do it with.

Am I the only Vim user? If you are a Vim user, what is your setup?
