Thanks Pietro, for confirming that it's down too, and a very useful link.

The HTTP GET succeeds, but in reality it contains an error message, so
health problems seem to still plague the site...

phpBB : *Critical Error*
Could not connect to the database

Hope someone from trapexit notices it.
