[erlang-questions] The Book, lib_chan and IRC Lite

The code is correct and complete... _I_ made a mistake!

I didn't start the server and client using the Makefile.
Because of this "lib_md5" couldn't be found...

On the other hand, this gave me my first "debugger" experience!

Pretty cool! [After adding "+debug_info" to "erlc" in the Makefile
and recompiling everything.]

Almost like Visual Studio... ;-)
