UBF-A in various languages (was Re: [erlang-questions] calling erlang functions from php)

Hi,

There is a C implementation of UBF-A as part of
http://www.eighty-twenty.org/~tonyg/Darcs/ubf/. That's currently a darcs
repo, but I could bring forward my planned upgrade to git if there's
interest.
