easier tracing

I have some nifty tracing shortcuts as part of Janus [1]. I hope  
someone will find them of help.

t:t(lists), t:t([lists, gb_trees]), t:t({lists,reverse}),
t:t([{lists,reverse}, gb_trees]) or any combination thereof
will enable tracing for you. t:ut() will disable it.
