We've started upgrading from R12B-3 to R13B01 on some of our nodes and
we have seen this sporadically:
ERTS_FP_CHECK_INIT at 0x4ac84b: detected unhandled FPE at 0x2
Has anyone seen this before? Is this a kernel bug, VM bug, CPU bug? I
haven't been able to reliably reproduce it and I haven't yet seen any
crashes that seem to be directly associated with it.
