I am not sure I understand what specifically are you trying to do?

If you want to learn about Erlang web applications, you should google for
erlang web frameworks, there are few. I.e Nitrogen framework (
http://nitrogen-erlang.tumblr.com/)

Regarding beebole, I am not sure it is a right tool for this job.
