Did the Eclipse team mention who the legal owner of the Eclipse
code base is?

I ask because one of the problems for any company involved in
Open Source development is the fact that it's legally responsible for
all the code in the repository. This is perhaps a bigger problem for
a large company than a small one, int that large companies make
for juicy targets in IPR lawsuits.

Same thing here. OTP would have to find a way to keep confidential
information confidential.
