Hi all! 

Since this topic seems to be dominant in the last days 
i would recommend a topic-name change. It's a real pitty to 
read this in conjunction with a powerful & pragmatic language 
(obviously with certain advantages and disadvantages). 

A lot of people are very enthusiastic about erlang, 
and that for a lot of good reasons..
