[erlang-questions] Secondary Mnesia Table index

This is not an issue for me now (after plowing through the ml).  In my mind,
I have somehow made a false assumption that mnesia tab key is also used to
create the index.  Which is not the case.  I can happily define index on
not_so_unique_field and need for secondary mnesia table index goes away.
