[erlang-questions] erl_global_register/3 fails on NetBSD 4.0 - socket configuration?

Hi Raphael,

Some time ago i noticed this misbehavior too. Here is patch for this, it
works for me, althought im not sure that this is correct fix. C-Node
needs to set DFLAG_DIST_MONITOR while connecting to erlang, otherwise
global registration will fail.
