[erlang-questions] Instant Erlang?

It's been a while since I did this, but if I remember correctly, you
can pretty much just zip up an existing Erlang installation and then
unzip to the same location on a different machine and it will work
(minus anything you've changed to make it host dependent).

If you want it in a different location, then you need to edit erl.ini
in bin and erts/bin appropriately.

I think only erlsrv uses the registry.
