well, do not forget CEAN installers actually target 18 different  
platforms
looking at CEAN downloads stats, windows is 42%, Linux is 30% and  
MacOS is 23%
if we give CEAN the ability to build a standalone exe, then the  
solution should be usable on all common platforms.

so now, i'm just wondering how to do such a thing.
while i can help on unix systems, i have no clue how to do that on  
windows.
