64-bit pointer support in linked-in driver

Hi,

 

I need to write a (C-based) linked-in driver that has to use 64-bit
pointers (i.e. address RAM segments larger than 2 (or 4) GB).

Not sure if it is possible to do this, so I'd appreciate educated
opinions very much.
