early warning - new rdbms

Just to let you know, I decided to do some cleanup
before checking in the new rdbms into sourceforge.
I also added a CVS label ('rdbms-1-5') to the current
version at jungerl - in case someone actually would 
prefer the old rdbms.

I'll let you know when there actually is something
to test.
