snmp users guide

greetings,

i am doing my first work on snmp/erlang. i am looking into the users 
guide as found on:
http://www.erlang.se/doc/doc-5.4.3/lib/snmp-4.0.4/doc/html/part_frame.html

in chapter 8.2 Default Implementation, it is mentioned the following:
snmp_test_mgr:start_link(...)

however, my system does not have the module snmp_test_mgr.

this is what i get from erl -version
Erlang (THREADS,HIPE) (BEAM) emulator version 5.4

should i complain about the installation of my system?
should i mention this as a documentation bug?
