Erlang/OTP R10B-7 has been released

This is a bug fix release 7 for the R10B release.

Note: To unpack the TAR archive you need a GNU TAR compatible
program. For instance, on MacOS X before 10.3 you must use the 'gnutar' command;
you can't use the 'tar' command or StuffIt to unpack the sources.

the distribution.
